CONFLICT STUDIES

Conflict Studies is defined as the study of the material culture related to all aspects of conflict, both historical and contemporary. Conflict prevention involves the methods and strategies utilized to analyze and classify chances to promote peace and avoid conflicts by comprehending the decision-making procedures of those involved in conflict in particular scenarios. The research on Conflict studies is essential for advancing peace efforts. The main objective of this research is to enhance the theory, policy, and implementation of conflict prevention and resolution.

PEACE BUILDING

Peacebuilding is about establishing positive relationships among individuals, groups, and political bodies with diverse ethnic, religious, social, national, and racial backgrounds. Peacebuilding includes helping people communicate, fixing relationships, and reshaping institutions for a prolonged duration. Following the conclusion of a conflict, it is essential to participate in peace-building activities to reestablish political and social stability in the region. Peace-building research aims to understand the causes, actions, and outcomes of war, conflict, and poverty, as well as the conditions necessary for stability.

PEACE CULTURE

A society that encourages peace and non-violence is made up of beliefs, perspectives, and actions. It is established based on principles like freedom, justice, democracy, and the acknowledgement of human rights. A peaceful society opposes violence and settles disputes through dialogue and negotiation. Global peace will be achieved when individuals worldwide understand international issues, have skills in resolving conflicts, and promote justice. Studying peace culture will aid in maintaining enduring peace.
